For over 20 years, Sun Valley Adult Care Center has been a trusted and compassionate presence in the St. Louis community. Since opening our doors, we’ve provided a welcoming space where both seniors and adults with developmental disabilities can thrive.
Our unique program offers social, medical, and emotional support tailored to each person’s individual needs. From meaningful activities to personal care and transportation, everything we do is rooted in respect, dignity, and genuine connection.

Admission Criteria
Consumers must be:
- Must be Elderly or 18 years of age or older with a disability
- Have approved medicaid waiver funding or private pay.
- Have physical or mental disability and authorized for service by the Division of Developmental Disabilities or Department of Health and Senior Services.
- Have current Physician’s Orders.
